Hello @Lee23thini,

Please be advised that you can have your  3 or 6 months bank statement sent to you through your mobile banking app. All you need to do is follow these steps in order to get the document:

  • Log onto the app,
  • Tap on the tile that shows your account details and balance,
  • Under "Your documents", select "view" and choose between a 3 or 6 months statement as suitable to you. You'll have the option to either download or send your statement via email.

Kind Regards,

Mandy

This functionality isn't working at the moment, been trying for a few days. Any word on when it will be resolved because on the new internet banking I can't seem to get a bank stamped statement which is what I want from the app.

Hi Khanyi

I know it is not a solution what I am about to ask, I am new here so I am still trying ti navigating my way through here....quick question I just want to know if we get charged for bank statements when you request them from the bank and not get them from the ATM. I was charged R75.66 for my 3 months bank statement.

Thank you for your time

Hi

This feature is currently not available on the App. You may however request that your statements be emailed to you via Internet Banking and if you have access to this email address on your phone, you can save the attachment on your phone.

Kind regards,

Standard Bank
