The App is now behaving normally. Perhaps someone at the Bank can enlighten me as to why I had this problem

Hi, I just tried signing on. Instead of getting the normal screen to enter my PIN, I'm getting a screen to enter a password? When I do enter my password, I then get a OTP sent to my phone. When I enter the OTP, I get another OTP and the process just loops continuously sending me a OTP. It's almost as if the App thinks I'm trying to register???. Please assist, my wife is experiencing the same problem.

The App is now behaving normally. Perhaps someone at the Bank can update me as to what went wrong
