Hi Silindile

 

I have done what you suggested but the the same result.

The process I have followed is:

Updated my iOS on my IPad

Downloaded the app

Logged onto the bank site

Went to Digime (This is where the app goes to portrait)

Finished Digime then the app closes and goes back to Lanscape but upside down
