All my app beneficiaries are missing, but they are all still on my desktop online banking, as well as my phone's web browser. Log in details to app and web browser is the same. (the new log in method by email address and password, not card number and pin.)
The beneficiaries are just not appearing on the app, saying "0 Beneficiaries" rendering the app useless for my needs.
Kindly note that when you sign into your new Internet Banking/New app version your beneficiaries are synced over. If you have two different profiling(2 different cards) linked to your account your beneficiaries.
