What issues are you experiencing with downloading the mobile app?

Which banking history are you referring to? Beneficiaries or transaction history?

Beneficiaries would have to be relinked again if you are using a different card from the one you initially registered with.

Very very annoying! Im also having this issue and only 3 recently paid beneficiaries are lsited. Did anybody solve this issue yet?

I had the same issue and discovered it is due to the Dashboard I was using. My personal db is associated with my credit card (no beneficiaries, EAP Limit R0.00). Switching to the supplied "Overview" db, my beneficiaries are visible and my EAP Limit is > R0.00.
Try checking your dashboards.

This issue comes and goes for me but right now I need to pay an account and find NO beneficiaries! SO irritating. Have you had any official response?

My beneficiaries appear on my Online banking, but not on the App. It's been a month and I assumed I just needed to update my App. My banking App is updated however I still have this problem
