Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to pay beneficiary on app" so that our mobile banking app technical team can look into your profile and determine the source of this issue.

Why is it that the bank app keep on stopping when I am about to pay some of the beneficiaries on my list. Is this also linked to the standard internet problems or its my problem. It has been for days now and am running into arrears. Please help.
