Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email registered for mobile banking), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "ported number" so that we can look into this and assist you further.

Standard bank , I can’t buy airtime from the app because I ported my number so standard bank doesn’t recognize it as a telkom number
