I HAVE DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THE BANKING APP.
THEN I SIGN IN WITH MY USUAL PASSWORD AND IT SENDS ME TO SECURITY SETUP
IT THEN GOES TO A NEW PAGE "CREATE YOUR NEW APP CODE"
IT THEN WONT ACCEPT MY PASSWORD

Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address) registered on the mobile app, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Can't log in to app " so that we can escalate to our development team for further assistance.
