Reverse a transfer done on mobile app how to do it

Hello @L2,

 

Please be advised that currently the feature to reverse a transaction on the mobile banking app is not available. You can however reverse a debit order of under R200 on the APP. Should you wish to reverse debit orders above R200, please note that you will need to contact customer care on 0860 123 000 for further assistance.
