When I log in and go to proof of payment, it refuses to show any of my transactions (regardless of the dates I input). Sometimes it shows a single transaction, for like the past year.
I really need this proof of payment.

Same issue. It used to work fine. Then for awhile recently seemed to be working less and less well/ accurately. And now there's nothing. Seems close to time to change banks if service keeps deteriorating as it's been doing for quite some time.
