This will only happen if the recipient has entered the wrong pin or voucher number. To resolve this you will have to delete the vouch and create the new one, note to delete you will have to enter the password provided to the recipients.
On your app you will select transact, select manage vouchers and select to delete that voucher to be able to create the new one.

I have sent a money voucher but the pin or number of the voucher appears as **********.
Please assist and explain why this is happening as its never happened before.
