I buy large amount of data for many people across all networks, both direct and on scheduled methods. I have noticed that all Cell C, data requests on Scheduled payments fail. The money is deducted from my account but never arrives.
This does not happen if I send immediately. I consider this to be an error on your portal and it should be looked in to. I have tested it many times and assumed it was a fault on my side or the receivers side, but it never arrives, and no sms is sent
