1. Cellphone banking : I dont remember creating cellphone banking but when i dialled *120*2345# & select option 1(register/login) it requires a CSP but when i enter the pin it says incorrect, so how do i reset a new pin.?
2. Reversal: i made an Eft payment but i got feedback that i was not suppose to pay it, is it possible to reverse the transaction on app or online without going to the branch?
Please assist.
