Good day

I’ve been having serious problems with the banking app. I need to pay salaries at the end of each month, but for the last 3 months I’ve been getting error messages whenever I try to pay from the app. Worked perfectly before, but now I manually need to withdraw money and transfer from other bank accounts which is a terrible inconvenience.

I’ve logged calls, I’ve been to the branch several times but nobody can fix it. I’m considering moving to another bank because this is extremely frustrating. My staff have lives and responsibilities- I cannot keep delaying them because of the bank’s poor service delivery and app.

Can anyone help or suggest the way forward?
