Could not process payment: The beneficiary you are attempting to add is already on CDI

I want to make a payment but alas: "Could not process payment: The beneficiary you are attempting to add is already on our company directory index (CDI)" When I search for the company on the CDI its not there. How am I supposed to guess what description you used on the CDI ?

I have the same problem when trying o load a payment.

I don't know where to go on Standard Bank online.

On top of the message the is a search box, type the company name you are trying to pay on the search box and carry on with payment, it will process. I just did for Lancet Laboratories.
