Please be advised that you can request your cross border letter on the mobile banking app provided that your VAF account has been linked to the app and appears as a tile on your primary dashboard. You will need to follow these steps to send through your request;
From the home screen of the app, tap on your VAF tile to retrieve a more detailed view of the account.
Scroll down to view the Cross Border Letter insight card.
Tap on ‘Apply’ to start the Cross Border Letter request process.
