Dashboard doesnt load accounts

Good morning, @ed57.

 

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

 

Please follow the steps below:

  • After logging in
  • Click for more
  • Click Switch Dashboards

Check how many dashboards you have, and check in all of them if your accounts are not appearing.

 

These troubleshooting steps are some you can use to attempt to fix what appears to be a technical issue.

  • Select the Standard Bank app under Apps,
  • Click Storage, and then select Clear Data and Cache.
  • Restart the device, then attempt logging in once more.

My app doesw not load the dashboard and shopw accounts. I'm using an Apple iPhone 7, sw ver 15.7.3

Ridiculous. The other day I got charged multiple times for my card declining even though I had sufficient funds for my transaction and now today my dashboard doesn't even load my cards, cannot try linking them again as app says I already have. Experiencing terrible service quality.
