In order for us to assist you effectively. Please specify whether the debi-check is a Standard Bank debit order or one from another company.
Debi-check debit orders cannot be cancelled by the bank. They are a contract between you and the company whose services you wish to use.
Please tell us more about this so we're able to assist effectively.

Hi @Ngqolowa, kindly confirm if you accepted it before and would like to cancel it so it does not debit your account anymore, or you would like to decline a debi-check debit order?
