Hello @Meranette,
Please be advised that you cannot have more than 2 devices linked to the mobile banking app at the same time. You will need to unlink the phone already linked in order to make provision for the new one.
In order to unlink the phone, kindly follow these steps:
- log on to the App,
- Tap on 'more' then 'settings'
- Scroll down until you find 'devices'. Proceed to unlink the required device.
Once you've unlinked it, exit the app and log back on using your credentials. The required device will automatically be linked.
