Did withdrawal without a card an forgot the pin to withdraw it. How do i cancel that voucher withdrawal to get the cash back in my account

Instant money voucher SMSs are received within seconds after the voucher has been created successfully.

 

If you created the voucher. You can check the instant money voucher number under instant money manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App,
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select manage vouchers.

You can request the sender to provide you with the voucher number by following these steps to access their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, please get in touch with the company and request for the voucher to be resent.

 

For any pin related issues, kindly contact our instant money team on 0860 466 639.

That should not be the case since you cancelled the voucher. Please recheck your statement after 24 hrs, if indeed the money went through please call 0860 IMONEY (466639) for assistance.

I created a voucher and didn't withdraw.I deleted the voucher but I can see that my money has decreased. can I get my money back to my account?

Hi,

 

I also created a withdrawal voucher, but forgot pin.

 

Tried reseting pin, but I get "Technical error, please try again later".

 

I can't use the Delete Pin option as it's requesting me to enter the pin that I have forgoten.

 

Please note that Technical error has been there since 20 November 2015.

 

Can somebody please help?

Please retry as it was locked for 24 hours, if you do not succeed please call 0860123000 for assistance with that.

Hi, I had the same problem. The only thing is when I tried the delete option, the app returned an error saying "incorrect pin lock exceeded". I had reset the pin on the voucher but it refuses to work. Is there any way I can reverse these vouchers or "unlock" them?

Hi Rohnwyn,

 

Were you able to delete your voucher? Please see below steps on how to do this from our App:

 

Once logged into the App:

 

1. Go to the top right corner of the screen, to select the transact tile

2. Select “Withdraw"

3. At the centre of your screen, you will see ‘Delete voucher’ option.

4.  Please click on the ‘Delete voucher’ option.
