Dstv subscriber payments not done

I used the standard Bank app to pay my Dstv subscriber payments but still nothing . I'm now disconnected and I'm frustrated. This has never happened before . Also I transferred money to my sister's FNB account yesterday in the morning still nothing received . But is shown that the money was taken off my account

Please can I ask that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Dstv subscriber payments not gone through" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.

 

With regards to your payment to another bank, please note that clearance times are normally 2 to 3 business days if the immediate payment option was not chosen while the transaction was in play.
