EAP Limit

I'm trying to make a payment on my banking app, and so I've added the receiver as a beneficiery. At first, it wouldn't let me send the money because I had, apparently, exceeded the EAP limit, so I increased it. However, even after successfully increasing my EAP limit, the app refuses to make the transfer and tells me that I've exceeded my EAP limit! But the amount I'm trying to send is far less than my EAP limit. What to do??
