Why does the Standard Bank app and the internet/online banking profile no longer allow me to change my EAP limits? I have always used this service.
I have tried to increase my monthly EAP limit this morning, but got an error message that reads:
This service cannot be activated on your profile. Please call 086 012 3000.
I am getting this error on both the banking app and online banking profile.
I had to call the call centre to get assistance, which is very inconvenient and costly, as I was holding on for 12 minutes before my call was answered.
Please advise when this will be fixed, as I use this facility very often to increase and decrease my EAP limits.
