Hi there,
When I go onto the SB app, under cards, where it says Edit EAP limit, it asks me to enter the new limit - I enter the amount and then click on the only button there is (namely 'Done') and nothing happens.
I then get an error message saying "This service cannot be activated on your profile"
From reading up online it seems that I should have a button saying "next" and should then receive an OTP
Why doesn't my app work like this and how do I now change the EAP limit?
I've tried phoning the call centre several time but can't get through
