Hi there, When I go onto the SB app, under cards, where it says Edit EAP limit, it asks me to enter the new limit - I enter the amount and then click on the only button there is (namely 'Done') and nothing happens. I then get an error message saying "This service cannot be activated on your profile"
From reading up online it seems that I should have a button saying "next" and should then receive an OTP
Why doesn't my app work like this and how do I now change the EAP limit?
I've tried phoning the call centre several time but can't get through
Please note once you receive the error: "This service cannot be activated on your profile" you will need to activate the feature first before you initiate the increase on your App. This should be done by contacting us here: 0860 123 000 or visiting the nearest with your ID book/card.
