EAP limit

Good morning, i am Sizwe Makhoba currently doing my internship at USA now i am facing a big problem my mom is not well, i need to send her money and im unable to do so since last month my EAP cannot be edited or changed and my money is stuck on my card now. They say i must go to my branch but it impossible for me to fly to South Africa now. Please help. The landline from where i stay does not allow me to make international calls, i can only be reached via email. Please help me
