EFT clearance time

I agree, this is absolutely ridiculous. Why can we NOT have this option, seeing as all the other banks have it? it's 2018 people, it can;t be that difficult to implement? So many people are complaining, yet you refuse to do anything about it??

Can I please get clarification as to why an eft payment from the STD Bank app or online banking cannot be cleared immediately, when this is possible with other banks?
The whole idea of having online and app features is to avoid the hassle of going into a bank and heavy bank fees.
