I think I have made a mistake of switching to this bank, I made an eft to Fnb and Capitec on the 15th of August using an app and even now on the 23rd the money is not yet reflecting on those banks, now have to check if every payment i have made if they receievd my money. tried to call and request help and I was told abt 3 working days and now it's more than 3days, I'm taken to 1 department to another and airtime is expensive yet I don't get answers, bad experience so far, I'm not happy at all I regret, why I joined standard Bank
