Electricity sms/voucher not received but account deducted

Hi

I just purchased R200 electricity from the app, the money was deducted but I did not receive the sms with my electricity voucher

Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Electricity sms/voucher not received but account deducted" so that we can look into this and trace where the delay is, where the funds are rooted and assist further.
