You can obtain your account information letter in several ways.

 

See a few examples below:

  • access the app,
  • To view your account information and balance, tap the tile.
  • Click View Your Documents in the scroll-down menu.
  • You should check the tax certificate, statements, and the letter of bank confirmation.

If you didn't link or add your account to your mobile app, please dial 0860 123 000 and select option 3, then 3.

I have switched from an iPhone to a Samsung and I need to change my email address as I am no longer receiving iCloud mails . When I try and register the Samsung I have to put in verification code emailed to iCloud. I don't receive them
I have tried registering a new Standard Bank ID using my other email address but it won't let me as it says that the email address is already registered. I use it for my Internet banking . Please help. I am so frustrated
