Did you link your new card to the app? If you have not please call 0860238 837 or send an email to [email protected] so that a specialist may assist you.

I got a new card and I'm trying to register it in the app. So I enter the card number and pin and fill in the otp. Then I get a message saying 'please fill in your email address', but there is nowhere to fill it in and no way to continue setting up the new card. Please help!
