• Choose "Cards."
• If you're in vertical view, you'll see a list of all your cards. Select the card for which you want to view the pin.
• If you're in horizontal view, swipe through until you find the card you're looking for, then select "Card Settings."
• Once on your card details screen, select the "View Pin" option at the bottom.
• For security purposes, you'll need to provide your South African ID number. Non-residents will need to provide their passport number.
• Select "Next" to view your pin.

Option 2: Telephone banking

• You can call our team at 0861 201 000, select option 2, then 2, and you'll be assisted with obtaining your ATM pin.

Option 3: Visit a branch

• You can also visit your nearest branch with your ID book, and our staff will assist you with your ATM pin.
