Hi Thembu, thank you for reaching out. OTP method can be switched on Internet banking. This new feature will allow customers who have completed their DigiME (Link & Secure).  Customers will unfortunately not be able to load new details and can only select the options that are available on the system. Should you struggle to change your OTP. Please email [email protected] for with subject line "OTP change" for assistance.
