Hello everyone.

 

User ID is either an email address or preferred name.

 

Your preferred name needs to have a special character such as @#*%.

 

Your email address needs to be a registered one/ valid with your own password.

 

After downloading your mobile app on your play store, you will select home/work, or branch.

 

By selecting home/work will allow you to register by yourself. Please ensure you have your ID book or smart card with you.

 

If you get any error messages or any issues, please contact our digital team on 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4 for assistance.

They say my cell number doesnot mach.its the same as you have.

  • I cannot use my android phone Samsung A3 because the app was linked to an old device nexus 7.
  • How do i delink because it keeps saying it was linked to another device.
  • I cannot call support with the same phone cause they keep asking me to try things that don't work.

I have linked the card but it says no valid account when trying to buy airtime or electricity but I always use the card
