Thank you for reaching out.

 

To use your app, it requires you to be DigiMe'd.

 

To link and secure your device, please follow the steps below:

  • After logging in
  • Click more
  • Click your user ID or name.
  • Click the link and secure your profile.

Once it has been linked, you should be able to use your banking app.

I tried doing that but it still say i need to link my phone on my app.i cant even make payments

The one you are referring to is for registering for cellphone banking. The steps you followed are to enable you to use cellphone banking.

 

Linking your profile is done on Internet banking and mobile app. To link your device please follow the steps below:

1. On the app, click on more

2. Select your profile/ username

3. Select Link & secure your profile.

 

Once linked, you should be able to use your mobile app.

What I did:

from the device, call *120*2345#

Choose 1) Register

Answer the questions

It makes you choose a new CSP (PIN), I don't think it will change your ATM PIN for the card, not sure, just remember both PINs for now

Can now do online banking

Hi, after downloading the app. You sign on the app with your user ID, and password. You should be able to access your digital banking. You can also reach out to us via Twitter on StandardBankZA, Facebook on Standard Bank. Should you receive any error message.

What you must do in the settings is to scan your ID card the front and back and your face and then it will be linked that's how I found out
