I have tried linking my devices following all the instructions you suggesting but the app says my device not supported I should visit branch for verification. Any other way of doing this without going into the branch?

Please complete the following steps to sign up for DigiMe in order to use your app:

 

Follow the instructions below to link and secure your device:

 

1. After logging in,

2. Click more

3. Click your user ID or name.

4. Click the link and secure your profile.

Once it has been linked, it should work.

Please carry out the procedures listed below to link and secure your device:

  • Logging in, then clicking "more"
  • Click your name or user ID.
  • Then, secure your profile by clicking the link.

You should be able to use your banking app after it has been linked.
