How to change OTP from email to sms

Personal details are only updated inside the branch. Our branch team will need to authenticate you before they can assist in changing your details.

Alternatively, search for "OTP change" under trending tags to check out how to you can switch it once your details have been updated.

Please advise if it is possible to change the otp method without going into the bank. I am trying to making an online payment and otp pin is going to an old email address not in use and instead I want it to be sent via sms.
