If the payment was processed successfully, you will be required to fill out an EAP recall form and request that the funds be reversed.
If the account does not exist at the bank where you made the payment in error, the funds will be reversed back into your account within 10 working days.
Should you consider reversing your funds, please share your email address so we can share the dispute form with you.

Please note that you won't be able to reverse the beneficiary payment on your Mobile Banking App. You will need to contact us for further assistance: 0860 123 000.
