I forgot my password/ entered the wrong password/my account is locked? What do I do?

i opened a student achiever account and used the original password given that came with the card and i no longer have the password....i have both forgotten it and lost that paper that came with the card but i do have my cards information....

how can i solve the problem without having to go into the branch??

i can verify all my information too
