Upon successful creation of a voucher, you should receive the voucher SMS messages within seconds.

 

If you're the creator of the voucher, you can conveniently access the instant money voucher number through Instant Money Manage.

 

To access it via the Standard Bank App, please follow these steps:

  1. Open and sign into the Standard Bank App.
  2. Click on "Transact."
  3. Select "Send."
  4. Choose "Manage Vouchers."

Alternatively, if you're awaiting a voucher from a sender, you can request the voucher number from them by advising them to follow these steps within their mobile app.

 

If the voucher pertains to a betting company, kindly contact the company directly and request the voucher to be resent.

I have gone to atm to withdraw my I'm voucher. I used the pin that I recieved from the sender but it didn't work. The atm said that it was blocked. Then I phoned *120*212# and I registered my I'm wallet. In the wallet it says that I have 1 unredeemed voucher. But I can't redeem it because I don't have the correct pin. The sender said that it is the correct pin. When I want to collect/withdraw my money threw the money wallet it says that there is no money for my cellphone nr. But the voucher still shows that it is there.
How do I withdraw my voucher?
