I am getting sick and tired of Std Banks nonsense. They eventually reverse the immediate payment and then charge you a fee for their inefficiency

EFTs from Standard Bank to Standard Bank take 0–24 hours. EFTs to other banks take 2–3 working days. Both may be delayed when processed over the weekend or on a public holiday.

I never had the issue with Standard Bank to Standard Bank payments not reflecting immediately but now it takes up to 24 hours. That is absolutley rubbish - no other banks have this issue!

EFTs from Standard Bank to Standard Bank take 0–24 hours.

 

EFTs to other banks take 2–3 working days.

 

Immediate payments take 0–2 hours to be completely processed. If there are any delays, you may need to request that the funds be reversed or confirm if the immediate fee has been debited from your account. It could be that the payment was processed as a normal payment.

 

Both may be delayed when processed over the weekend or on a public holiday.

Hi .i made an immediate payment at 9om on Tuesday from my account to a nwsbank account.
Ita Thursday morning and its still not reflecting? Is this normal? Help!
