Increased Credit Limit but transactions fail due to "Insufficient funds"

I increased my credit card limit via the app this morning. The money shows as available in my account. I have attempted numerous transactions (EFT, airtime, transfer to cheque acc) but it keeps giving the error of "Insufficient funds", although the funds show as available.

I spoke to your call centre. They confirmed the momey should be available. Why can I not access it?
