To cancel a voucher, you can check the instant money under instant money manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App.
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select Manage Vouchers.

If the voucher does not appear under Manage Vouchers, this means that it has been cashed out.

 

To query further, kindly contact our instant money team on 0860 466 639.

Thank you for reaching out. I took some time and visited Hollywood Bet, and I found the following:

 

It can take between 24 and 48 hours for funds to clear through. Should it take longer than this, please call our helpline on 08600 42387, and we will put you in contact with our accounts team.

 

This information was taken from the Hollywood Bets website.

 

Kindly reach out to them and inquire about the delays in your voucher.

I requested my IM wallet to be reversed back to my Hollywoodbets account on the 8th of November and also called on the 9th November and today it is the 13th November it has not been reversed back and the money has been cancelled according to the Atm screen.

@OlwethuSpan. Our Instant Money team needs to investigate what caused you to not receive all your funds. Please call us at 0860 466 639.

 

@Kwaziiey, please be advised that you're able to reverse an Instant Money voucher on your mobile banking app if you still know the pin for the particular voucher. Kindly follow the below steps:

 

  • Log onto the app and tap on "Transact."
  • Tap on "Send" and select "Manage vouchers."
  • Select the voucher in question and follow the steps to delete it.

Please let us know if you were able to reverse the voucher.
