Could I kindly advise that you forward your digital email address registered on the mobile banking app, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "app timeout - 5 seconds inactivity" so that our mobile app development team can look into this matter for you.

Now it kicks me out and says for my safety it has logged me off after 5mins of no activity but I wasn't inactive for more than 5seconds.. Uninstalled app and tried reinstalling it but I get the same issue every time

Hi, when is the instant money going to be online again? I'm desperately need to send a voucher to someone buy the app keeps kicking me out after I finish filling in the amount / choose a pin / my reference and then when I say confirm it does not send me an OTP and kicks me out and takes me back to the login page
