Instant Money wallet voucher problem

I have been using the instant money wallet, everytime i request a voucher number it never sends it. I always have to call for someone to resend the voucher.

This time around i have no airtime and cannot afford to go to the bank. Is there a way to opt out of the wallet service because it seems to be glitching.
