Instant money pin missing

Good day, have a voucher nr but no pin, where can I get this

i forgot the instant money pin that my client gave me when he sent the inatant monwy

How can i re send a instant money voucher or get the money back into my account if the person i have send it to deleted the message by accident?

Please confirm if this is still an issue, if yes, kindly go to:

• Select transact,
• Select send,
• Manage vouchers,
• Delete the voucher using the pin created and recreate the voucher again.

Kindly shout should you still experience any issues with this.
