Wanted to withdraw money from my instant money at an atm and "it says sorry we can't process your transaction now try again later"

Please confirm if this is still an issue, if yes, kindly go to:

  • Select transact,
  • Select send,
  • Manage vouchers,
  • Delete the voucher using the pin created and recreate the voucher again.

Kindly shout should you still experience any issues with this.
