To withdraw, go to a participating retailer (Boxer, Builders, Cambridge Food, Checkers, Game, House and Home, Kazang, Makro, OK Furniture, OTT Collect approved sites, PEP stores, Pick n Pay, Rhino, Shoprite, Spar, or Usave) or a Standard Bank ATM and select "Instant Money Withdrawal" to redeem the voucher.

 

To use your voucher, you will need your voucher number and PIN. Please keep in mind that the PIN must be provided by the sender because it is not delivered with the voucher number.

 

If you have any more Instant Money-related questions, please contact our Instant Money team at 0860 466 639, option 1 for self-service or option 2 to talk with a specialist.

You will need your voucher number and PIN to redeem your voucher. Kindly note that the sender needs to provide the PIN as it is not sent along with the voucher number.

I took some time and visited Hollywood bet and I found the following. 

 

It can take between 24-48 hours for funds to clear through. Should it take longer than this, please phone our helpline on 08600 42387, and we will put you in contact with our accounts team.

 

This information was taken from Hollywood bets website. 

 

If the voucher has been received and you would like to be assisted with the instant money pin, please dial 0860 466 639.
