Hi

 

The Instant Money option can be found on:

 

- Internet Banking

- Cell Phone Banking

- The App (This function forms part of the withdraw option and all you need to do is share the voucher after it has been created)

I sent a voucher to a friend but when he redeems it it says the voucher has been used, please assist.

Please delete the current voucher and recreate a new one and send your friend the new pin.

Hi, when you login please:

 

  1. Navigate to Payments and Transfers.
  2. Select Instant Money.
  3. Select Start new transaction.
  4. Choose which account to send from, and the amount.
  5. Create a 4 digit PIN.
  6. Confirm transaction and send.

Today I sent a R2800.00 instant money voucher to my account and I couldnt get it when accessing at an atm. I went to the branch for help and the call center of instant money vouchers didnt pick up the phone. I spent closer to an hour on the phone looking for assistance. Where to from here?
