Kindly be advised that you will need to log onto the mobile banking app and delete the voucher, provided that the receiver hasn't withdrawn the funds. Once this process is complete, you may proceed to creating a new voucher, ensuring that you input the correct contact details. You'll then need to share the new pin the receiver.
To delete the voucher, kindly follow these prompts:
- Tap "Transact" at the to right corner of the Mobile Banking App,
- Tap the last option that appears, titled "Send Instant Money"
- Tap on "Manage Vouchers"
- Select either "Beneficiary Vouchers" (if the voucher was sent to someone else) or "Your Vouchers" (If you sent the voucher to yourself)
- Proceed to delete

Is there no other way to get the voucher number? When I cancel the instant money and try to create a new one it says I have reached my daily limit. This is now the second day already and still not able to send money
